How to Register: Register early. Attendance is limited at each retreat to create an intimate atmosphere of healing, sharing, and caring. Each Infinite Boundaries retreat incorporates discussion groups, creative art activities, and physical wellness components. Low intensity outdoor adventures will vary, depending on the retreat locale.

Register by phone:
Please call the Breast Cancer Recovery Foundation office at 608-661-4178 (toll free: 888-821-1140) to register for a retreat. Visit the 2008 Schedule and Locations page to see the complete list of dates and locations.

Register Online:
The online registration form is here. Please fill out the form completely and we will contact you once your registration has been processed. If you have difficulty opening the form on your computer, it is possible your computer’s network settings are not compatible with our secure payment page. If this is the case, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you consider registering by phone.

Information you will need to know before you register:
We will require you to reserve your space with a $50.00 deposit (payable online or over the phone with Visa or Mastercard). The balance of your retreat fee is due prior to the retreat. You will receive notification from BCRF. Because space is limited, we require all attendees to register and pay in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received 24 hours prior to the start of the retreat will receive a refund of any advance payments, less $50.00. No shows or cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the start of the retreat will forfeit all advance payments.

Retreat Fees and Registration
The fee for a four-day, three-night retreat is $300. The retreat fee is all-inclusive (includes all meals, lodging, program materials and activities). Please note: Some retreat facilities require shared rooms and/or shared bathrooms and some facilities do not have air conditioning. Please refer to the 2008 Schedule and Locations page to see room arrangements at each retreat location.

The $300 fee covers only a small portion of the actual retreat cost. Many generous donors help to underwrite a large portion of the retreats.

The Breast Cancer Recovery Foundation and its supporters are committed to making Infinite Boundaries retreats available for all breast cancer survivors. Because women diagnosed with breast cancer often face considerable medical expense during and after treatment, the BCRF places a strong emphasis on ensuring that all women - regardless of financial standing - can attend its programs. We understand that financial burdens may make it difficult to pay $300. Please contact us and we will work with you to ensure that you can attend an Infinite Boundaries retreat.

Pay it forward:
If you are unable to cover the retreat fee of $300 at this time, please know that many generous donors make it possible for you to attend a retreat. You can pay back the financial assistance by paying it forward. Pay what you can now and consider making a donation in the future that will help someone else attend a retreat. All gifts are greatly appreciated.

Underwriting Opportunities
The actual costs associated with an Infinite Boundaries retreat range from $1,000 to $1,400 depending on locale. Businesses, hospitals and others who wish to offer scholarship underwriting are asked to provide the full amount. Individuals who are paying “out of pocket” are charged a reduced fee of $300. Scholarships from the Ann Haney Memorial Fund are available for those who need additional financial help.
