In the City of Angels, anything is possible.
On October 26th, please join us at LA Goes Pink, a landmark event uniting the world’s most magical city in the ultimate miracle: the end of breast cancer as we know it.
Inspired by the life of Los Angeles attorney, wife, and mother Liz Smagala Tate. In May 2013, at 37 years old and three months after giving birth to her son Lucas, Liz was diagnosed with stage IV triple negative breast cancer. When she turned 38, Liz turned her final birthday into a fundraiser and designated the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, the world’s largest private funder of breast cancer research and the nation’s highest-rated, as the recipient. To date, Liz’s legacy event has raised over $120,000 for life-saving research.
Millions of Angelinos have lived a version of Liz’s story. LA Goes Pink was founded to bring our community together to eradicate this illness once and for all.
