Metaplastic breast cancer

Metaplastic breast cancer is a very rare and aggressive cancer characterized by the fact that under a microscope, it looks like a mix of cell types. It is often diagnosed at an advanced stage (metastatic) and is most commonly classified as triple-negative breast cancer.
