Apply to Become a Partner

Corporate Partnerships are very important to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in our fight against breast cancer. BCRF welcomes all companies and brands to inquire about creating a cause-related program with BCRF as the beneficiary.

Each potential partner is requested to complete and submit a proposal describing the intended campaign. Proposals are reviewed regularly on a case-by-case basis to ascertain the program’s compatibility with the BCRF brand and determine the best fit for the campaign within BCRF’s Partnership Program.

BCRF Corporate Partnership Guidelines:

  • BCRF complies with New York Attorney General Guidelines for cause marketing and charitable giving. All corporate partner programs are required to meet all of these standards.
  • Use of BCRF’s Registered Marks is prohibited unless there is a fully executed Cause Marketing Agreement.
  • Minimum commitment donations are a requirement and are scaled based on the company, the program, and the type of partnership.
  • In order to be eligible for a BCRF corporate partnership, a company must be in business for more than 12 months.
  • BCRF will not sell its mailing list and will not release its mailing list or email list to companies or individuals.
  • BCRF cannot secure a celebrity to serve as a program spokesperson/ambassador.
  • Promotions benefitting BCRF cannot include any products or packaging that contain ingredients known to be linked to increased risk of cancer, including any products that require a Proposition 65 warning per the state of California.

For more information, please view our BCRF’s full partnership guidelines before completing your proposal.

Please note, in order to ensure the Foundation’s Partnerships Committee can review your proposal and provide feedback as quickly as possible, all questions must be answered to completion. If you are unable to answer certain portions of the proposal at this time, kindly provide as much information as you possibly can, but please know there may be a delay in the Foundation’s review.
